The Scam
The buyer purchases my antique doll as normal. I ship the item to the buyer as normal. When he receives the item, he opens an eBay dispute and claims that I sent her a doll without a head (most valuable item), and naked dolls body on the box. eBay forces a return only the body, the buyer wants ships back only the body it coat about 50 pounds, and keeps the item that was inside. I made a photos during the packaging with the doll inside. I contacted ebay. What also I can do? P.S. the byer wrote what I am a thief and what her father is Mafioso and will came for me and my family. please help.

After looking at the listing it is unclear what you were actually selling? Your title says specifically the doll head. Your pictures are showing the entire doll along with clothing. Your post indicates yet something different.

your pictures of doll as you package will not help anything as they do not prove that was what you actually sent.
What is the weight difference between a headless body and a complete one?

Trusting buyers has nothing to do with a shipper mishandling or losing a package. I realize in this even it was buyer theft, but packages can and do get lost or damaged. It's simply unwise to not insure a package of this price point. Insurance cost should be passed on to the buyer. If they can't afford that cost, they can't afford the cost of the doll either. In this case, the buyer didn't care, as they obviously already planned to steal the head and return only the body and get their monies back. The majority of a doll's value is in the head! Especially a French doll.
I'm sorry this happened to you. You can't be trusting of people you don't know and have never seen, nor never will, the internet is easy prey for crime.
