Last week the "Shop with sales proceeds" popped up on my Seller Hub Overview page, it bumped ALL my tiles over one. I used the "X" to close it. It stayed away until today and now every time I go to the Overview page it comes back. It will NOT stay closed. This has become rather annoying. Once that "X" is hit on an account that reminder should be moved to the Payments tab as a SMALL (emphasis on Small) banner reminder that Available funds can be used to purchase on eBay.
Clicking that thing closed a dozen times in one day is sending a clear message that there is NO interest at this time.

Go to the bottom of your page and click "Personalize your overview"
Drag and drop the "Shop with sales proceeds" box to the last position on your overview
Click on the "I'm Done".
Been in and out of eBay and still working for me (staying at last position). So, clicking the X should mean permanently close the box and not "eBay, please annoy me again later"?

You are a bit late to the party, but you can read here about the things other users tried to get rid of this thing that ended up not working. I really thought someone was actually 'on to something' when they moved the whole box to the bottom of the page....but ...noooooooo it didn't last. So far no word from the tagged blues.

@ittybitnot Do you know if anyone has actually signed up for this and then the reminder tile stops appearing? Perhaps the thought is that if a Seller gets annoyed enough they will just sing up ...
Sadly, its the weekend so I suspect we will not hear back from the Community Team until early next week.

No. Got a feeling though that the "reminder tile" is going to pretty much stay there for the next thing that eBay wants to promote (annoyingly ad nauseum).

Just a friendly warning.
(It's not a try it if you don't like it you can opt-out).
Anyone who signs up is in.

Thank you for that ... we'll see if that sticks but I am still going to push eBay to get rid of it once the "X" is clicked.

@eunster1313 Yes I figured that ... I went a few pages into that thing then backed out ...

just another in a long list of things I will have to learn to avoid.

You should declutter your eBay business procedures and not waste time in the Seller Hub.
Copy and paste these links into a Notepad file.
Orders Awaiting Shipment
https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:AWAITING_SHIPMENT
Create new listing
http://www.ebay.com/sl/prelist/suggest?sr=shstart
Create similar listing
https://www.ebay.com/lstng?mode=SellSimilarItem&itemId=
Add the old 12 digit listing number to the link above after the equals =.

My sincere thanks @onlinecentral for the reply and suggestions. There are actually parts of Seller Hub I prefer using as well as navigating from the Hub to areas I frequent.

I wish communication between sellers/users and eBay management/development team was such that you didn't have to "push eBay". After more than 20 years on eBay I am not expecting eBay to improve (begin) communication with its user base.

Just eBay's way of trying to keep the money in its grasp.
A business has got to do whatever they legally can, to earn as much revenue as they can.
Evidently, eBay believes this is a good way.

From what I have experience in the past, eBay knows what sellers need more than the sellers themselves. Keeps us guessing whether new changes are features or bugs. 🙄
Fortunately, we have a great user/seller base to provide eBay support and workarounds. Communication can be a dangerous thing.
