The problem with the MCO11 Email

I have reached out to ebay multiple times to get my funds released. No one can help me . I've tried to reply to the email in the app classic view as directed and there is absolutely no way to reply. They want all the tracking numbers of everything i've ever sold , which obviously they have access to. I've never had these kind of problems with any other platform and on top of it they abruptly ended the chat assuming it was resolved .

It can easily be resolved once you have followed the steps outlined in the "MCO11" email we have sent and replied, reviews will take no longer than 72 hours. Please make sure you follow all steps outlined in that email. If those steps are not completed, it could potentially delay getting the account reopened.

Provide proof of delivery for all of the items you sold on eBay by uploading tracking.

If they want the tracking numbers, you have to gather them up and send it to them.

I know they already have them, but you have to do it.

Just because you may have purchased your labels on eBay or added tracking numbers to each order doesn't mean they are shown everywhere on eBay. eBay still needs you to supply that information. If you don't, your funds will be sent to your state's unclaimed property department in about 6 months or longer depending on how your state handles unclaimed property.

You need to find those numbers and remit them as soon as possible if you want to continue to sell here.  The next thing they will probably ask is if you have receipts for all those high end designer items you are selling.  Are they actually authentic?  You have a few customers who state differently.  I'd be careful selling replicas.  That's grounds for suspension here on eBay.  Give them what they want and get back to selling.

If you do have access to those tracking number (uploaded on Ebay when shipped) take the time and provide that info. It's the price and time of doing business

The government is cracking down on illegal items or stolen items being sold on platforms lately.

Although you did nothing wrong eBay has to do what the government states.

Receipts of these past items will be needed.

Where did you get all these expensive items?

That's the question...without receipts your rather out of luck.

You all are no help. You just don't get it I have all the tracking numbers and proof that they have been received from everything I've ever sold on eBay but the problem is is a technical problem I literally cannot reply to the email that they're asking me to reply to either from my email or on eBay
