The option to ship FedEx ground is missing?

Fedex Ground or Fedex Home will NOT show up. Only shows Smartpost, 2-day and overnight. Guess I have to cancel order as something wrong with buyers address. Sucks because we know it is not the buyers address, it's ebay, yet again.

You did try clicking on the "All" button next to USPS and FedEx at the top of the window on the label page, right?

FedEx ground and USPS Parcel Select options have not been available since the 21st.  There is no time frame for when it will be fixed.  Just the "we are doing our best excuse".  It looked like it was fixed noonish yesterday, but back to being broken yesterday evening.  Best I can say is call CS and complain.  They have been getting many complaints about this.  Gotta pour it on to get eBay to do anything.

Been happening to me as well.  Been using fedex.com for ground shipments.  Ebay said they'll reimburse the difference but we'll see

I have already given them grief about a credit of some sort.  Not holding my breath.  6 orders are gonna cost me ~$50 more in shipping because of this.  I sell here specifically because of the various services beyond the what the buyers see.  If I have to use external shipping I can just start selling on my own site...

Shutting down my store in the meantime since my pricing doesn't reflect these additional costs.
