In September, the case numbers for INR were 5148xxxxxx.
INRs were 5149xxxxxx earlier this month, then 5150xxxxxx this week.
So INRs are about halfway through all the available case numbers in this series.
But the case numbers for returns are already at 5067xxxxxx this week --
or already over two-thirds of the way to exhausting all the available case numbers.

You can thank the new "catalog" structure for that. They read one sellers info and think that's what they are going to get. Why read descriptions? It's like Amazon, right?
