My listing page now has a new area to allow volume discounts on individual listings, but after revising all of my listings to allow for discounts on multiple items purchased in one order I have found out that it doesn't work. I don't have a store and don't use Promotions Manager, so this sounded like a great thing... to be able to encourage larger orders of individual listings. Today on the weekly chat with eBay, another seller asked one of the eBay team members to clarify and he made it sound like it was supposed to work on different items listed individually and then combined at checkout. Am I missing something?
