The listing problem

Hello!
First of all, I wish everyone a healthy, peaceful day!
For some reason I had to stop my merchant account for about 6 months.
Now when I want to activate it again and list the product, the following ;

"You cannot list items on Ebay.com and Ebay.ca or select the United States or Canada as your shipping location. The restriction will be removed when you enhance the buyer experience.
You can sell to other countries and continue to make purchases. However, you will not be able to update the duration or quantity of the listings currently available to the listing currently available to the US or Canadian market.
Registering new accounts to avoid restrictions is not allowed."

I'm running into a problem. How can I solve this problem ?

Because you are located internationally and listing on the .com site, you need to follow the policies of eBay Export website. From what you posted, it sounds like your account is being restricted due to the Bad Buyer Experience (BBE) policy.

Do what the message says, you can sell to other countries.

Looks like you were dropshipping.

Were you dropshipping from other retail sites?

Good morning to you.  From what I'm seeing given your feedback, you have several non receipts, but were good enough to refund your customer.  As others have pointed out, many countries from your location are restricted from selling due to the BBE that was mentioned.  Most were drop shippers and were drop shipping from other retailers & sellers can't do that... Sorry, I don't think you'll be able to sell in those areas.
