The item doesn't show up after 48 hours

Hi Ebayers!

First time I've faced troubles with an item I list but it didn't show up in search results.

More details:

Sunday evening I created the new PROMOTED listing

So more than 24 hours have passed.

I used words for "Shilajit", "Pure Siberian Shilajit Mumijo Resin" and I couldn't find my listing! I also can't find it using just item ID number as well as keywords.

Why is it still invisible on Ebay? Could Ebay put any sanctions on me?

The only thing I did different this time is adding the second category.

- Health & Beauty > Vitamins & Dietary Supplements > Vitamins & Minerals

-Health & Beauty > Natural & Alternative Remedies > Herbal Remedies & Resins

What do you think it might be?

I have nothing useful to say beyond I can't find your listing without the link.  It is not searchable by item number either

Hi, i tried searching for your item using a variety of your keywords and found nothing to indicate your listing is active on ebay.com USA site. The only way i found your listing was from your link. Even went to your feedback page plus your forum profile and used the ‘See Seller’s Items’ links and no item showed up.

My best guess is that eBay has not indexed it. Have you checked your messages from eBay? They might want something from you before it becomes visible. Have you had any restrictions placed on your account lately? I see you had a rash of poor feedback about 6 months ago while selling medical masks.

Tagging on to your post because of post-flooding error. Message is actually directed toward the OP. (Grrrrrrr . . . )

The URLs for your items appear to be inconsistent with other listings on eBay. The other URLs I've spot checked have the title in them, as well, such as (only as an example):

 https://www.ebay.com/itm/Air-Hood-Deflector-Protect-Shield/154036354993

Why don't any of your URLs include the title in them? Are you creating the listings correctly?

Hello. the usual "creat new listing" bring me this type of url

https://www.ebay.com/itm/154036157719

Here's my item example.

Could i be removed out of search due to low selling performance level on Global Programm? I've got 91.3% positive feedback (4 negative, 2 neutral).

I didn't have restrictions, but my selling performance on GLobal program turned below standard.

Though US and UK platforms my account still has ABOVE standard.

Could you look for this item on US Ebay, please? https://www.ebay.com/itm/154036157719

I think it's pretty clear that none of us can see your listings on the U.S. site, so it's pointless for you to continue to post links and ask us to view them. We can see them if we use your links, but we can't see them when we search by your member id, so posting your links won't help determine what the problem is.

Your best bet is to try to contact eBay through whatever means might be available to you. Social media might be a good option for you, if they're not banned in your country:

www.facebook.com/ebayforbusiness

www.twitter.com/askebay

Good luck.

Maybe the feedback and what he has sold has something to do with it.
