First of all this is the first post I've ever made on reddit and I'm sure I will make some mistakes in the post. Second of all English is not my first language so I'm sorry if I make this hard to understand.
About the title, I started selling about two weeks ago on ebay and I scored my first sold item. I was really happy on my first sale as I needed the money but then the buyer asked for a refund through a private message saying "the item he bought was not compatible with his ultrasound unit", afterwards he filled a return/refund stating "the item is defective". So long story short I don't want to argue with the buyer in regards if the item is defective or not as I no up front the item I sold was in working conditions tested by myself and it was listed and describe correctly so I assume he bought the wrong model of item for his ultrasound and wants to get his money back argumenting that the "item is defective" so I will refund the buyer once the item is shipped back to me, thing is I'm not sure what option for return I selected as I was kind of nervous during the process, I do remember selecting the last option provided for return/refund provided by ebay during the process and I'm stuck on this:

The buyer has until Oct 25 to ship the item back. If you choose to refund the buyer now, then the return will close and you shouldn't expect to receive the item.
Now what I don't understand is that I was never offer an option to buy the return label during the process but I did get an email stating that the return was accepted by me and asking to send a return label but then there is no place on ebay to put o share a return label whatsoever.
I'm clueless, I do not know what am I missing and I just want to make it right.
