Maybe it's just me but I've had a lot of inconsiderate buyers lately who first say to me the customer is always right and even after you try your best to deliver the product as described once they get the product are don't get their way they cry bad feedback and try to make you look bad, then cry to eBay for a refund, it's not like eBay gives many options to stop the bad feedback and since they don't listen anyway it's a complete waste of time, As a website seller it's much more difficult because it's not a physical product and once the files are uploaded and the work is done the buyer can say what they want and usually get a refund just because the options to even fight it is bull.Just venting but its not like i make alot of money and ebay fees to take a large amount of it so at least fight for the sellers who are making them money in the first place

Selling digital goods on eBay has additional risks. First, one needs pre-approval by eBay to sell certain items. Then, there are strict additional terms eBay has set. For those interested, below is the policy.
(ps- i noticed you had links to examples of the websites in your descriptions that contain off-eBay links to other merchants, like Amazon. I’d re-read the links policy to confirm you are in compliance. Policy link below.)

EBay does not use feedback to assess member accounts. That is considered an expression of buyer opinion. Some buyers do use it to assess the reliability of sellers, so responses to negative or neutral feedback should be brief, factual, polite and very very rare. Let the nutbars expose themselves, you don't have to.
Satisfaction Guaranteed or your Money Refunded has been a standard of commerce since the 19th century. (That specific wording was used by Timothy Eaton from 1869 https://www.cbc.ca/archives/entry/eatons-satisfaction-guaranteed )
If you are having problems making a profit, look to your business plan.
Are you charging too little for your service/product?
Surprisingly often, a higher price leads to greater customer satisfaction.
And bottom feeder clients are notoriously unhappy with their cheap goods-- all too often suspicious that their bargain was flawed in some way which has nothing to do with the seller or the product.

You can most easily raise your rating from 94% to 100% by doing your post-Christmas shopping on eBay from sellers who leave feedback on shipment.
