The ebay training card program for cards price lower than $20 for $53 cents is not working for me

This program is great but it does not provide a tracking information so the buyer can claim that it was not received. I have had some clients claiming that the item was not received even do its their word agains my. this is a pain. its like sending a space ship to the moon without a crew. any moments ?

I am afraid you can not have it both ways - you choose lower cost shipping on lower cost items, knowing that they are not tracked, and run the risk of the scenario you have outlined.

If you want tracked, it needs to be paid for..........

Although you're responsible for getting the order to the buyer in good shape, each eBay standard envelope shipment includes a $20 shipping protection plan on a single order, and up to $50 on combined orders to help in case of lost or damaged items.

If your buyer claims they have not received the item, we suggest working with them to resolve the issue, and then raise a claim with the included shipment protection to cover your losses.
