The eBay store's views and traffic have significantly dropped in the past two weeks despite setting a 9% advertising rate. There seems to be a problem with the data. I hope eBay's staff can help resolve this issue.

I increased the advertising rate to 10%, but the exposure rate did not increase; instead, it decreased compared to the previous days.

The grey line is the previous period, looks like you were on Time Away during the previous period.

Are your impressions down also?

If there is no change in impressions, there is less interest in your specific listings and no one is clicking through.

Has your advertising resulted in an increase in your top 20 search slot impressions. If not you may be wasting your money.

Has your conversion rate changed?

There is more data than what you are using.
