The description on my listings have dissappeared. How can I find it?

I'm looking at my newly listed items and I can't find the description of the item I wrote in?  Does anyone know how I can fix this?

For some incomprehensible reason, Ebay now shows ONLY the Item Specifics as a default when you are viewing a listing.

You have to click on the "Description" tab to read the description.

I am NOT happy about this - I already have buyers messaging me asking for measurements, etc. 

I carefully wrote all my descriptions to clearly give all of the item details.

Now, an extra step is required for a buyer to access our descriptions.

What were they thinking???

I just found the description tab. Does anyone know if all viewers will see this?  If so it's possible that they won't know to click the description tab. Is there a way to put a note somewhere to advise them to click on the tab?

@mozartbach1971 not everyone is seeing it - it's part of testing eBay is doing to redesign the View Item Page.

I don't blame you for missing it, it blends in with the rest of the page easily especially if you are used to the old design. For those who haven't seen it yet, here's what it looks like:

In the announcement about the new page design testing, eBay said they were going to move the ad module below the item specifics and description module.

This appears to be an attempt to fulfill that promise without pushing the ads too far down the page, which might slide by on a technicality but in my opinion is pretty disingenuous.

I see the description of your item. Looks normal to me. Might have been just a delay.

Or only certain people are not seeing it.

I did notice for "condition" you don't list anything.

I am not happy either, EBay please make my listing description appear on my listing page asap, do you want to receive final sale fees or NOT, EBAY

DONT USE AD BLOCK ULTIMATE.. when I turned off my AD BLOCK, I got the descriptions back

That's good to know. I'll pass it on to the buyers who message me wondering why they can't see the item descriptions. I seem to get a message at least once a week.
