Should I accept the return?

I sold a 20mm watch band, clearly indicating which watch it was for. Received return request "doesn't fit". Should I accept or not? I do not offer returns and the offer to decline is one of the options. I suspect this may have been a remorse buy as t...

Syncing Inventory Between eBay and a Website

I run an eBay store in which I have linked Wonderlister, so that I have an inventory of my listings and can relist older listings without worrying about them disappearing due to eBay only storing them for so long. I am currently looking at opening a ...

Payouts Policies SUCK and so does eBay

I have used eBay for 20 years or more. I have always been mostly a buyer and sometimes a casual seller. I hadn’t sold in YEARS until recently. Whatever has happened at eBay’s corporate level is mind boggling. Although a user for 20 years, I am subjec...
