Hello.
I'm a new seller. I recently made my first sale, I shipped the item and added a tracking number. According to the tracking number in my delivery service, the buyer received the item on February 15 and then left a positive Feedback. The problem is that in Order details (Seller Hub) the parcel is displayed as on the way, the last update in Shipment history was on February 14 and has not been updated until that time. In the Track package section there is Arrives by Wed, Apr 17. In Payment there is a message - While we confirm the buyer does not have any issues with the order, your funds will remain on hold until Apr 26.
Should I worry and take any action or just wait? And can I list my next items for sale?
