The buyer order is cancelled

Hello,

the buyer order was canceled automatically by eBay(System issue), after contacting ebay , they cannot do anything about the defect and the negative feedback i received. 

Is anyone else here having the same issue?

It looks like you have lots of feedback regarding cancellations and out of stocks. Why does this one bother you?

Don't contact eBay via support channels, use the automated tool.

Though I did see this among your many negatives: "I didn't realize he is in Morocco yet ships from NJ".  Are you dropshipping or buying things after a customer buys from you?  Either way, that's a quick ticket to a suspension, even if you've sold a lot so far.

Probably because in this case they weren't the one to cancel the order.

I don't agree that you should get negative feedback if a system issue cancelled your order.

But I think you have much bigger problems with all the other negatives (and FWIW, I couldn't tell which FB was left from this system issue situation).
