Did you mean:

The buyer did not recognize the transaction. Closed eBay account.

Last week a dispute was filed for an item I sold. The buyer filed a dispute claiming they did not recognize the transaction. I did not receive any communication from the buyer regarding this and I noticed they are no longer a registered eBay user. Seems like they are disputing the charge with their credit card company.

I shipped the item with insurance and required signature confirmation. I uploaded that in my rebuttal which shows delivery confirmation and the signature, but it seems a bit unfair to the seller in this situation.

Any advice or is this all I can do at this point?

You should be covered by Ebay.......and it sounds like Ebay may have kicked the buyer off......."no longer a registered user".........  all you can do is wait for the determination.......  IF they find against you, you need to appeal the judgement since you've fulfilled the requirements set out by ebay for seller protection in a "did not recognize" claim.

If the Buyer is NARU, you should be covered as a Seller.

Reach out on social media to e-Bay (Facebook for Business or on Twitter).

Message them with the transaction number, your Selling ID and a brief description as in your OP.  Include a phone number and email to contact you.

Good luck!
