The active list is not show when I search it

I listed a musical instrument called Squarp Hapax, for which only one company sells it. When I try to search for it, my listing doesn't appear, only the one for another company. Even if I enter the full title, it doesn't appear. I don't understand why my listing can't be viewed or searched. All my cards are in order, and I don't have any problems.

It's absurd that every time I upload a product, I have to make sure the system shows it for sale. It's pointless for the system to say it's active. This makes me think there are sellers who have priority and others who don't. It doesn't matter whether you pay for the product promotion or not. My listing has been up for 13 days and nothing.

I have other listings that have no more views and no activity on them. Maybe the same thing is happening.

It can take up to 24 hours to appear.

Also, if you change/edit the listing, the clock re-sets and it can take another 24 hours to show.

@dhbookds was able to find it.

@inhawaii   looking at the listing.............he says it's located in Mexico City......he doesn't list Mexico as a place he sells to (tho quotes shipping prices in the description).........and his shipping (only to the US) is USPS flat rate envelop, with a price of $75.... I'd be scared to send a $1500 electronic item in a flat rate envelop for fear of damage.....

So there are a couple of questions about the listing......

I did a search for Squarp Hapax and your listing was second.

I don't know how true it is, but I've heard they might not show your own listings while doing a search.

Log out of your account, then search for it.

You don't ship to your own country, so that's why you can't find it.

I find it so amusing that people who come here complaining that the search doesn't  work are sellers looking for their OWN ITEMS.   😉
