After years of selling wirelesses Bluetooth speaker and headphone on eBay with no problem recently many of these headphones and speakers have been unlisted due to IP Vero claim by Bluetooth SIG better know as (lying thieves).
Here are few things to consider if your selling any product that uses Bluetooth technology that is not member of the Bluetooth SIG.
1, They're coming after you. They claim to own the Bluetooth technology, Bluetooth word and the Bluetooth icon but do they? I said they "claim" to own it because in 2015 the real owner/inventor of the Bluetooth technology by the name of Gordon Bremer won a $15 million law suit against the main members of the Bluetooth SIG gang because he patented the Bluetooth framework technology not Bluetooth SIG gang.
2, Bluetooth SIG doesn't own the actual Bluetooth technology but they own the word 'Bluetooth' and the Bluetooth icon.
3, So now the question becomes can you make and sell a Bluetooth product without having to use the Bluetooth word and icon?

IT appears that the SIG group does own the technology.
The first version of Bluetooth was invented by Swedish cell phone company Ericsson in 1994.

Gordon Bremer did not win a $15m lawsuit, nor did he invent bluetooth, nor did he own it.
Gordon Bremer created four patents for modems in 1997, and never created a product or a standard that used them.
It was only later on that he and the patent troll company that he sold his patents to realized that his modem patents could be used to sue Samsung over Bluetooth. He received $607,000 of the $15m award that the patent troll company (Rembrandt) won.

"Gordon Bremer did not win a $15m lawsuit, nor did he invent bluetooth, nor did he own it."
Well your entitled to your own opinions but not your own fact. It's a fact that the jury found in Rembrandt's (Gordon Bermer lawyers) favor on after a week-long trial, finding that Samsung's and Blackberry Bluetooth-enabled products, including its most popular cell phones, tablets, and televisions, infringe Bremer's patents, numbered 8,023,580 and 8,457,228.
Gordon Bermer might not own the word "Bluetooth" but he argued he owns the the technology and he won.

In the short links I read, the "Group" doesn't claim to own the technology but its "members" are the only ones allowed to use the word "Bluetooth" and/or the logo. (And this is hogwash because they are conveniently leaving out some words in that "allowed to use" part.)
The First Sale Doctrine still applies but if the group is using ebay's VeRO program, it's going to make it difficult for sellers.

In the very article you linked, you can read that Rembrandt owns the patent that Bremer created, not Bremer.
In the very article you linked, you can read that Rembrandt sued Samsung, not Bremer.
In the very article you linked, you can read that Rembrandt is not "Bremer's lawyers", they are his employer.
In the very article you linked, you can read that Bremer simply receives 2.5% of any settlements that Rembrandt extracts from the Rembrandt patents that Bremer created.
In the very article you linked, you can read a quote from Bremer himself saying "Even though I’m not the owner of the patents, I invented these patents".

It is similar to using the word VELCRO. Your listing will be removed for using the word.

Unless you are actually selling an item with a fastener made by Velcro.

Oh, it will be removed first; that's how VeRO works. Then you have to prove to Velcro that the item has a Velcro fastener.
