Just wanted to give thanks where thanks is due- i just noticed today that when you have  a repeat buyer, you can click on it and then a popup shows you all the items that they purchased in the past as well as some other info.   This is very nice and informative and useful!!

   Also gives you a few options such as message and send a coupon and some buyer stats

This is a great addition to ebay and is not disruptive and does not slow down any processes or get in the way of productivity so thanks - a great and useful idea!

I also noticed an improvement in sending SIO on the App recently.

I agree it's a nice item to have, It helps to know of a repeat customer which is easy to lose track of over time.

It also shows you if your buyer is a "follower" @siamjane8 . I posted screenshots back in Nov - hang on, I'll find it.

AGREED!  This feature is very nice.  This may sound a bit sappy.  But, often when we come back from the P.O. we will message our buyers something like "Hi,  your purchase is on its way  - etc. etc."   Now, "Hi & Welcome Back Your purchase - etc. etc."  Just think it makes a nice personal touch.  (J.B.)
