I want to thank the Community Members that gave me help with setting up my new Ebay store categories. I am new to having a store and I am new at asking for help via Ebay Community. Is there a way for me to keep responses and return back to them if I would like? Thanks, Diana

Just bookmark the thread in your browser (or put the URL in your favorites, or whatever terminology your browser uses). Threads are not deleted unless there is another major redesign of the community.
You can also click on your own member id when you're in the Community, and it will show you all the threads you've started and all the replies you've posted. Let me know if you need help stepping through that.

Thank you Rockstar! I found the messages! I Have another question, how does anyone locate my Ebay store? They've tried searching for my Ebay name, but where do they find the store? Thanks much!

How do buyers locate my Ebay Store by name?

There were reports awhile back that the option to search by a store name was not working--or at least not working correctly.
If the search by store name still works, they could find it by using this search:
https://www.ebay.com/sch/ebayadvsearch?_sofindtype=7
If the person knows your eBay member id, they can find your feedback page, and get to your store and/or item listings by using this link:
https://pages.ebay.com/services/forum/feedback-login.html
Check out those two links, and let me know if you have any questions about how to use them!
