Not usually any thanks for eBay in here. But we sold a $400+ item to Europe through the Global Shipping Program. There was some kind of problem but I have no idea what it was. We weren't involved in the complaint. I suspect it was damaged in shipping.
eBay investigated and found in the buyer's favor. And EBAY paid the buyer the money. No bad marks to our account either.
When eBay does something to mess us up I come in here to vent. I figured it was only fair to share this one too.
