Text File in a Listing - How?

I have a few items to sell that I need to include a long list of the contents.

I've created a .txt file for each.

How do I include the .txt file as clickable in my description?

In other words what is the syntax that will allow a potential buyer to see the list?

At least two of the lists are about 100 items.

I'll print the lists then scan the into a .jpg and add that to the images.

can't you just copy/paste?  If you mean making a link.....I think you would have to host the file on an on line site that has to be secure.........

Just copy the list and paste it in your description.

Have a great day.

AFAIK eBay no longer allows hyperlinks - I had to remove all of them in my computer listings despite their being secure and only linking to manuals and installation instructions.

Not quite true...

You can link back to anything on eBay.

In my comic book listings there is a link back to a page in my store that explains the grading I used for my comics.

But I have the OLD version of the store, and I can / could create those pages. (haven't made one in awhile so not sure on the could part, but the option is still there for me)

For the OP:

Unless you have the old version of the store, you will have to copy and paste the info straight into the description.

I hate photobucket right now... PS Answers given years ago may or may not be current now, please check with current posters to the boards to see if the information is still relevant.

I was thinking the OP would host the txt file and link to it - my store version doesn't allow any linking to anywhere but other listings in my store (or the store link itself).

The JPG is a good idea - the magnify function works well here.
