Terrible ebay policies INR

Hello everyone, maybe someone has encountered this. Today I went to my Ebay profile and saw that all the ads were removed, I started to find out and it turned out that I was blocked forever due to a high INR of 2.5% I had 4 defective transactions, 2 of which were via USPS, but I found a common language with these buyers as well. Is it possible to restore the page or is it forever? But sometimes I notice that Ebey's hands are tightening around the seller's throat

I would check ebay messages inbox. They should have sent some notifications to tell you what's going on.

Sorry for your situation.  eBay appears to be cracking down on sellers with too many INRs.  They want happy customers who receive their items.  A lot of this is due to drop shipping, as the seller does not have the items in their possession so there are really no guarantees that the customer will receive their item.  From what it appears your items look like they were in your possession, so that's not the issue.  There is still conflict in both Ukrania and Russia and some of the courier routes may still be considered hazardous and that's another reason for non receipt.  The only thing I can suggest is to reach out on social media to get a more clear view and perhaps reinstated.  Here's the link:

They left me this message, but after contacting support several times, I don't understand this policy. A seller on eBay is a living person who lives not in an artificial world generated by artificial intelligence, but in a world where there are various unpredictable things and mistakes that cannot be known in advance.

Poor gut. I feel for you on this one, especially since you are from Ukraine.  Permanently means Permanently.  I'm sorry.

Sorry, but thats not an AI notice. Ebay is unforgivng with inr's, and does not take these 'mistakes' lightly anymore.

Sorry, sounds like you're going to have to find another place to sell on.

Yes, other International sellers have encountered it.

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

https://twitter.com/askebay

https://www.facebook.com/ebay

https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.

If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

Yes, you are right, eBay INR policy is terrible.

I know few sellers, one with over 1k and another one with over 15k transactions, 100% positive feedbacks, about to be excluded from eBay because of this wrong policy.

In the short term, this policy harms sellers who, excluded, will find other selling platforms, but in the long run it will hurt eBay a lot, because a fair seller who has been excluded for reasons not attributable to him will feel betrayed by eBay who made money with the help of that seller, then excluded him without scruples, and will never return to eBay.

There are a few aspects that a seller cannot influence, and regardless of the approach, even if he accepts losing money,  will still receive a bad INR rate.

- parcel shipped, lost by the postal service, if the buyer opens INR case, it doesn't matter the tracking number, the postal receipt that the seller has, will be registered with the bad INR rate;

- parcel shipped, buyer not found at home and he don't pick up from postal office, if the buyer opens INR case, seller will be registered with the bad INR rate;

-  parcel shipped, buyer refuse from any reason to pick up pick up from postal office, parcel returns, if the buyer opens INR case, seller will be registered with the bad INR rate;

- Australia, Canada, Germany are countries where some some types of shipments are not scanned, any byer can open INR case, seller will be registered with the bad INR rate;

Also a seller to avoid bad INR rate is forced to use safer but expensive shipping, where are involved cheap items with high shipping cost means less transactions.

So, this INR policy really is terrible.

I know a seller that is on the edge with INR rate, big seller with over 10k transactions, he recently refunded all transactions that didn't arrive fast to the buyer, he lost over $1000 to avoid any risk of INR but I think he still has no escape from being excluded.

Finally, I have an INR case - parcel lost by post services -, buyer full refunded but this doesn't matter, if will appear a second one, and I'm sure that it will appear at same point, I'll say bye eBay, I have already started to test other sales platforms.
