Terapeak now available to eBay Store subscribers

Basic and above store subscribers can now access Terapeak at no additional charge. They announced it in the early update and it went live today.

https://www.ebay.com/sub/manage

Underneath the store subscription level it says "subscription includes free access to Terapeak Research" which links to the Terapeak page.

Terapeak should be linked in Seller Hub for easy access... maybe under Selling Tools on the summary page? brian@ebay

There is a section in the seller hub where you can add customized links.  I forget the name of the section?  I think it is titled selling section.  Use the plus sign and copy and paste the link you want to show and title then save.

Until we get an answer, I have figured out a way to add it to the shortcuts menu in the Seller Hub.

Log into terapeak with your ebay info from the subscription link the OP posted.

Add a shortcut in the Hub like this: In the name field write whatever you want. I just put in Terapeak. In the URL field put in 'sell.terapeak.com' and click add.

I also pushed mine to the top of the shortcuts list, using the customize shortcuts gear thingy in the upper right corner of the shortcuts menu. LOL.

It should go from the Hub to the research page when you click on it, all set and ready to rock.

You're all right, I forgot about Shortcuts since it wasn't in my customized view. I'm swapping it out for Selling Tools and adding everything I need to Shortcuts instead.

I took a look at the features page and was somewhat overwhelmed by all the "whiz bang" stuff that just seems over the top for a typical eBay seller.

Hi @beardedbovine! I'm happy to pass this feedback over to the Seller Hub team. In the meantime, some great suggestions have been made in this thread on how to add a link to Terapeak in Seller Hub.

Title builder was free, great, simpler and free. Seems to have had tech problems and does not currently work. Does this have anything to do with Ebay now offering (the too much info ) Terapeak?

@coffeebean832

Thanks for your helpful post...but for those of us who have a Starter Store, I understand the Tera is not free for Starters...but? on my subscriptions page it says: 12.00/mo (then 12.00 is struck out), then: Free for 99 years? Then "or 19.00 a month" and the 99 years is not free. What is up with that?  Just nutso as usual. P.S. in all my years here, Terapeak was free with a little block where you could input what you were selling and every single time their estimate was way lower than what items were selling for, even on ebay...never ever saw a higher price. Don't put much faith into this as I believe the eBay "trending" advice seems be compared to what Terapeak is telling ebay (and sellers).  If you are going to offer something free, it should give accurate data across all sites, not just for eBay. Which I assume is what it is doing. I would rather have free relistings of GTC. lolol.
