Im getting no where with the online chat option.

As that number leads to a group of contract workers who read from a book, you might not get a lot of help by calling.

Is there something that the knowledgeable sellers that roam these forum halls may be able to help you with?

Don't risk calling any phone number for eBay that you find from an internet search. eBay doesn't have direct-dial customer support anymore.

Any phone number you find is a scam. Scammers have posted a lot of fake eBay-customer-support websites, with fake phone numbers that go directly to the scammers. Lots of sellers have been taken in, and reported that they have been charged by the scammers, got malware installed onto their devices, and had their bank accounts cleaned out. None of that was by eBay, just scammers.

Describe your problem here. Someone can help you with it. If not directly, we can tell you how to get eBay help safely.

   If you need to really get a problem solved by real eBay employees, contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, and send them a message (not a post).

Hi there are a lot of us users here on the boards and most likly can help with most situations, and you dont get the run around with the normal CS reps:

Oh and never use any phone numbers found or even sent to you are they are more likly to be a scammer.

The best route to take to get the answers you need is believe it or not through FB:

Let them know your issue and they usually get back to you within 24 hours.

These are actual employees of Ebay who are US Based.  Many positive posts on these boards with their ability to be helpful.  Ebay CS is pretty much a waste of time.

At first when I started calling for help I didn't know they were just reading information as most of them truly don't know what they are doing. I hate to say that, but I've talked to several, and most don't know answers or worse, they give you false or just wrong information

Actually there is a number you can call to get straight to eBay but the problem is I think it was leaked during the height of the pandemic and a worker asked me how I got the phone number and he was making it seem like I wasn't suppose to get it, it was weird. But I discovered the phone number on FB.  I would give it to you because its the number I always use to contact eBay but I'm not sure if I would get in trouble for doing so.
