Yes ... I just noticed I had offers, but was not getting the notifications. Thankfully saw them and could respond. PC is just as bad as iPad and iPhone! 😠

Seems shipping is the only thing working right at the moment.

eBay is not down that stupid website offers fake information. If eBay was down this forum would be down too.

Downdetector is a useful tool to compile reports of issues from individual users and to notice site-wide or regional trends.

eBay was not actually down -- the main eBay page was still reachable -- but many site features, particularly those involving selling were not working properly,  and many pages were not loading at all despite that.

A site does not have to be totally unreachable for problems to be noticeable.
