Heads up to all stamps.com users:

Check the tracking on any labels printed October 1st and 2nd. I printed a bulk batch of labels in the morning that were fine, but I printed two more bulk batches in the afternoon and at night and none of those labels are displaying the tracking on the stamps.com shipped page. The orders reflect a shipped status on eBay but none of the tracking numbers were imported.

I manually entered all of the tracking numbers to eBay. If you already sent out your packages and don't keep PDFs of your labels then you can click on the Reprint button to find your tracking numbers.

Things are working now but I called and stamps.com did confirm an outage starting yesterday afternoon lasting at least through 1am PT if not longer. It's possible that only users on a certain server were affected. They're investigating to see what happened.

I'm bumping this thread as a reminder to check your account and upload tracking manually to your eBay orders if needed. The tracking shows on the stamps.com history page, but not on the stamps.com shipped page.
