Tech support needed. Sold items showing as active.....and sold in my selling. It was 1 item over past week. Now it's 2 today

We have had a lot of problems with the so called ghost listings.  Its been hard to deal with.  We have had it hurt our account.  We have talked to ebay.  Nobody seems to be able to do anything.  We have been keeping the unsold list clean because of this problem.  But not sure that will help much.  Best regards
