Tasks missing from Seller Hub / Overview page

Where is the Tasks page on the Seller Hub? It has been removed and I can only see this option to make an offer on  my phone. Why remove the Tasks option on the computer and leave a blank space where it was? Many sellers still work on a computer. When I called customer service they told me that buyers can make an offer. I have sold for twenty years on Ebay and I remember when Ebay would tell you only 3% of buyers would make an offer and I think thats still pretty much true. This is a REALLY STUPID CHOICE. Be wary of updates because they will probably take the option to make an offer off your phone too.

For now you can access offers through your active listings page navigation, or use this shortcut @diannesfleamarket :

eBay is working on this so we'll have to wait and see what the final result is. Tasks is only missing for some of us, not all, so hopefully that means it will be restored.

On one of my accounts it's normal except for the missing Tasks panel and the missing customize link. On another of my accounts I was seeing this for a while:

As you can see, changes are still in progress.

eBay has had this banner up on Hub for weeks now, to let sellers know changes were coming.

Really hope eBay brings back that customize link! I rely on it.

@diannesfleamarketTasks are restored on my accounts. Try refreshing your page - if you don't see it yet, I expect you will soon. 🙂

Thanks for the reply- that was helpful. The "tasks" option has returned to my overview page. Hope it stays.

Nearly all the large sellers and big time operations use PCs. The phone can't do 90 percent of the stuff, makes account management of large accounts nearly impossible and makes listing so much slower for most items.

I honestly don't understand how anyone just uses the app.

@onefootflipper1  Yeah, I use the app a lot for things that I can do there, but there's so much that either can't be done on the app or is just much less efficient.  I doubt there's any medium to large business that exclusively uses the app, and probably not even that many smaller sellers.

I encourage everyone to send in your feedback on this.  I for one do not want the customization button BACK.  I also want the ability to dismiss these messages at the top of the SH once I read them or decide it is of no interest to me.  I want my SH to be a reflection of what I need, not what Ebay thinks I need.

There is a "?" icon on the lower right side of the screen when you are in the Seller Hub.  Click on that and then Feedback and let Ebay know what you want or need for this screen.
