As a seller, how do I report items stolen from a package I shipped with a tracking number?

Looks like you ship Madia Mail. You can report it on USPS but if I remember correctly there is no insurance with Media Mail.

How do you know there is something missing from the package you shipped?

If the buyer notified you of that, can't the buyer open an item not as described case?

Did the buyer notify you that the items were stolen; if so, what exactly did he say to you?  Did the package arrive in damaged condition, as if someone tore it open and stole the items before it was delivered?   Is it possible the package got damaged in route and the items fell out?  Was the item shipped in a box or a mailer?

You would report it to the carrier, and how to do that would depend upon which carrier you used.
