If you have TL set up to store the pictures in folders, you can access them on your hard drive.
The default location is C:\ProgramData\eBay\Turbo Lister2\Data.
But the file names are just numbers, so you would need to look through them all manually.
Not exactly what you asked for, but hopefully they are at least available to you.
