THESE GLITCHES HAVE TO STOP!

Today I am listing some items. Three times after filling out all these ridiculous Item specifics, Load all the photos and hit the submit button and then I  get this stupid message telling me they (ebay) have looked everywhere and can't find my listing! Really? Then, I have to do it all over again in the hopes it goes through.

Ebay is in an absolute glitch mess and it gets worse instead of better and I am paying a store fee for this mess.

Sorry for the rant

Re: THESE GLITCHES HAVE TO STOP!

Clear your browsers cookies and cache before listing right now, that worked for me. ebay had a major site update this past week, that's why sellers are having so many problems.

Besides the inability to print labels, and crashing listing forms, my store categories were all messed up too. I would click on music and it showed movies. But clearing the browser cookies, etc, cleared all that up.

I wonder what the buyer is seeing when they haven't cleared their browsers cache and cookies for a while if ever.

Re: THESE GLITCHES HAVE TO STOP!

My thoughts as well. I wouldn't doubt recent buyers are experiencing issues galore too. Not all will think to clear their browsers cookies/cache either.

ebay did a poor job informing sellers of what was going on too. They could've sent out  a message letting us know what was going on, but instead chose to let the entire site fall apart as usual. A simple email could've prevented a lot of headaches, and lot less phone calls to support.

I actually do all the clearing at the end of the day but I am glad it worked for you.

They have been doing it for years now.  Never ending story.
