Suspisios buyer/seller activity

Anyone knows anything about Ebay Germany seller I had an issue with him myself as a buyer and left him negative feedback for refusing to candle the lot I bought from him because he doesn't accept PayPal as a payment. He refuses and I got Unpaid item strike. Now I am suspecting that he could buy one of my items as a revenge to post negative feedback to me. Anybody knows anything about him/her? At least town?

Call E-bay & tell them this. They will take the strike away from you. 

How can you leave feedback for an item not bought?

You can block him, then he can not buy anything from you.

I’m not sure why you consider the seller as suspicious or why you left a negative. The sellers listings show that they don’t ship outside of Germany and in the payment field it states pick up or bank transfer. You may have overlooked that but that isn’t the sellers fault.  As a seller you should know that sellers are not required to cancel.  I think that most would cancel in that situation but I don’t think that they deserved a negative for going a different route.

Your really should consider using a different ID to buy items rather than using a selling ID.
