Suspicious shipping address

I’ve gotten two sales from different users wanting me to ship to the following adddress:

The name on the shipping label doesn’t match the name in the Ebay user ID and the user’s location is not in Portland but in another state.  There’s also a bunch of random letters on the label which looks like a code after the name.  

I saw a thread from two years ago that suggested this was an abandoned building but other posters thought it was a company that forwards packages.  

Has anyone tried shipping to this address?

Yes I have, it is a freight forwarder often to Asia, South Korea and I've never had a problem.

That would be the address of a freight forwarder used for shipping to buyers overseas. They use Oregon or Delaware because there is no sales tax. I've had no problem shipping to these addresses

Your risk seems to depend on what you're selling, some have posted having problems with cell phones, electronics, etc

I ship stuff there all the time. Freight Forwarder.

I have never had an issue.

I have shipped items to this address, without any issues.  The most expensive item that I have ship to the address was about $224 or so.

I just got scammed by a buyer with same address, I’ve turned them in but I’m sure they’ll just make another profile.

They scammed us out of almost $500. Ship to this address at your peril, eBay will do nothing to help.
