Suspicious buyer

Hi, I received an offer from the same suspicious buyer that tried to hack my account a week ago.  asking me to contact him to answer a question. Of course I did not accept the offer, nor did I contact him. Anybody know how to contact eBay with this situation?

...put his account name on your Block Bidder Buyer list...

...you can report him to eBay if you ever involved in any transactions with him...

depending on how busy they are will depend on length of time for your call back.
