Recently, after responding to ebay's request for my verification info on managed payments, my funds were locked up for the past 2 weeks (still are). and as of Tuesday this week my account was suspended (with no notification) and all my listings ended. I have no idea what I've done wrong (99% of my sales are books), and no one will tell me other than I violated EBAY policy. They won't tell me which policy however. Is this happening to other people, or is it just me?

That's awful and a tuff spot to be in
There has been posts about this happening recently on the boards, try searching for "suspended"
Hope you can get all this sorted out
Don't forget that you can also try eBay for Business on Facebook and Twitter also, some get more help there then calling eBay

@td3312 That's nuts! I would go to the ebay for business facebook page. I'd start by sending a private message, then post it there to see if others are having the same problem. I just read a post here yesterday where a seller had their account restricted with no explanation of the what the violation is. It's absurd that such drastic action is the go-to for ebay corporate. Best of luck to you. I hope you get this straightened out.

thanks, I've been on chat and on the phone for the last 4 hours with support, and i've gotten a lot of helpful people, but not any resolution as of yet.

Hope you get this resolved. 7:35 pm here - nothing showing as listed still. What a mess. Hopefully, they can restore your listings/store soon!
