Suspended another restrictions

My ebay store is restricted due to items not received and I shipped everything fast but the problem is shipping courier service and after all my items delivered and got positive feedbacks and my ebay is now restricted also so what to do to unrestricted my ebay

Can you give more details about this statement: 

"the problem is shipping courier service and after all my items delivered"

ex. what was the specific issue with the courier service, how long did it take to deliver the items, and did any buyers complain or file disputes about non-delivery? Your most recent feedback says there was a delay due to a "shipping error".

Unfortunately if you are restricted due to BBE you're pretty much done.

Permanently restricted is just that Permanent.

You as the seller are responsible for the courier service you chose. 

If they have issues it is on you to fix. 

You FB is 98.3% and thats not good.

Im sure eBay sent an email message telling you why you are restricted and if it is permanent or if there are steps you can take to be reinstated.

The problem is courier problems I have shipped everything on time but delay the shipments and some customers open the case for items not received and after 3 to 5 days all shipment delivery and ebay closed the case in my favour and I got positive Feedbacks on that shipments after delivery 

And the only 2 shipments are delay and the case are closed in buyer favour but after case closed 2 days the shipment delivered and now my ebay is restricted Thank you

Sorry, if they are refusing your appeal you're done on eBay.

Anytime ebay has an issue with a seller's performance it is best to look inward for the solution, we have found that blaming outside circumstances beyond our control does not alleviate the issues causing the problem.
