The email you received from Ebay told you why you were suspended. You may not agree with them, but it still told you. If you want to post the email here, black out any personal info, we could likely help you better understand what is going on.
As to your money on hold. Did you ship what the buyer purchased? When did you ship it? Have they received it yet? Ebay will hold the funds until they are satisfied that your buyer is satisfied with their purchase. And that typically is a few days after they receive it.
