It has been five days since I have had a sale. This never happens. Is anyone else experiencing this who is a longtime seller?

I sell new items & I am also seeing a drop off, even with my most reliable sellers. I'm not sure where the buyers are going...maybe amazon?

Hi familyclothing
Read your post & looked at one of your clothing listings. NO MEASUREMENTS--I don't bother to ask for them anymore because most, not all, sellers never reply. I just hit the back button, don't want to hassle with returns.

Yes, me for months now. CHINA ARE OVERTAKING THE WORLD AND THAT INCLUDES EBAY. Should never be allowed to say they are UK based and then when you scroll down to their business details they are? yes you guessed it, in CHINA.
I reported one to Ebay never heard anything, like you never do and then, it may be a coincidence but the last couple of weeks my sales have gone up. Perhaps we should all report as and when we find them? Watch this space is what I say.
Another fed up buyer......!!!

Well said. It could make a big difference in your sales. Helps to have someone who is a good seller see these things and point them out to you in enough time to address them.

Sorry, No. I ship four days out of five. But then, I'm selling out, so that may make a difference.

@kensgiftshopwrote:It all depends on what you are selling and what buyers are looking for.
I just bought a piece of clothing on one site yesterday for $26 and now I see JCPenny is offering the same item for 19.99.
Same item on Ebay goes for $35

Some items you can find cheaper in a store, but not everyone has a store that is handy for them.
If I wanted to shop at JC Penny, I would have to drive 150 miles round trip.
If I had a choice between driving 150 miles or making a few clicks and spend a little more, it wouldn't be worth driving 150 miles to save $6.00.

Same story here....weeks, no sales....same quality of products. What has happened to EBay? I have great ratings and 700+ transactions! Someone tell us what happened and if/how we can fix it!

The question is : Are the items not being made visible? Are the buyers just not coming here anymore because they do not trust Ebay? Can the buyers not find the items because the searches are so messed up? Or have internet sales dropped that much because of the economy ? Wish there were some answers !
