But there is Ebay problem. And we are loosing sales because of the unnecessary disruptiive updates that take too long and produce constant glitches that need fixing and disrupt sales in turn. Ebay needs to realize how they affect us and themselves and your stock.

The blues already said they have enough info and if they find people are truly complaining about lack of sales due to an Ebay problem they will look into it.

Same thing is happening to me since they changed the view count and took away the what they called the bot views. Sales and views and watchers have all dropped 40%. Extremely stupid idea considering the more views you get the more attention your items get with eBay's algorithm. So changing the view count ruined everything and is making everyone's business suffer because of it. No one really paid attention to the views but it matters to eBay's algorithm. Another needless change that makes things worse not better.

Totally agree with you, when you haven't sold an item in a month as I haven't its pretty obvious, someone made a bad call. I'm just a old guy selling off my personal card collection just because I don't want my kids to just toss'm when that time comes! lol but I do feel really bad for you folks that really count on your sales at eBay. I wonder if I cancel the promotions I have on everything if sales might open back up? lol just kid'n. EBay has told me twice now they're working on the glitch. Idk??

This issue is still not resolved. Unsure if my username nilis13 was ever added. It's been a while now and still hasn't gotten any better.

Me too! These past 4 weeks my sales stalled to a halt, where I used to sell 20+ items a week. I have called 7 times in the past week and have different answers and no action taken. Please add my username to the list, sevon5772. Thank you!

E bays has a problem since they update the views category. My sales have dropped 50-60% . I sell used tools. I would have 3-4 sales daily. Now I have had 5 straight days without a sale. I have noticed no sale days starting in early may. eBay needs to solve the problem they created.

The problem, and it's always the problem, is not everyone has a drop in sales. I've got seventeen packages to mail tomorrow and my sales are fine.

So they you decide-where is the problem? With you, with someone else, with the site or what?

After reading this whole thread, one wonders if the views count code that was added could be sending at least some of the bots away before they can index the page? Sure dont count the view if eBay is fixated on that, but the bots still need access. Could eBay make such a silly coding mistake... Hmmm let me ponder that. All those whose listing are not showing in google or other searches, this sure could cause it to boot the bots too early. Has anybody gotten an answer on that?
