I think they put me through test again since saturday or around it. My items listed since then got 0 views (but impressions are decent), sales came down and the listing glitches and forced close on the app. My drafts are gone that I kept updating recently. When I go to my store on app and search for something it gives different result than when i go to my listed on website and use that search . I almost thought I don’t have item listed. Went to storage to check then went to website and found it listed. Search is getting wacked for me again. Not to mention that my saved searches are returning daily nothing new. I am again in offline mode - what I call it.

@zamo-zuan lol...i know where that quote came from...and yeah, he did say that, but at the time no one would predict it referred to PL suggested rates. Anyways, good catch, not sure how many got that snippet but was funny to me.

I'm sorry to tell people but in this situation, often times the only choice is to invest more in PL. You have to find that level where the "switch turns back on" and it varies by category, but it's definitely above the minimum.
If you're below that level your impressions drop to almost nothing, if you're above it they shoot up by multiples of your organic traffic.

I don’t think it is about investment at this time. I believe that I am at this time where no matter what you do you won’t pick up sales. I think it has so ething to do with new features being tested on my account or some other updates on the account or in the category. In fact the font got smaller and different today. Again I have formatting messed up in my descriptions . It seems that they are trying to work app out while messing website. On saturday for couple of day I had old notifications displayed as new.

Good question @nuclearomen! It should be updating close to real time as the help page describes here. I found a ticket open related to view counts not matching for some sellers though, so it could be that this is what you're experiencing if you didn't see the view count change.
I've updated the ongoing tech post here with the info Customer Support will need to add you to the ticket.

Hi @nuclearomen! Apologies for the delay. I was out of town for a second family reunion. No more trips planned for the year though.
The below issue (Aug 3rd) was the one I was referring to. There's a separate but similar ticket that could be affecting this as well and it started in July. I've included that below too.
It's likely that whatever is causing the incorrect quantities of active and sold listings to show up in the Seller Hub and View Item page, is what's affecting the number of views being off.

velvet@ebay no problem, and thanks - still not my issue specifically, I don't have issue with item quantity counts or amount sold counts, strictly the item view counts - as stated previously several times in this thread, the new system is eliminating actual views as bot views.

idk, never heard of them admitting to something like using ones account as testing... even though some have been more then obvious, especially with new "features" or "tools" - if you get before anyone on your seller hub, and that time is extensive til others get it - well there you go, you were in the "test" pile. In most cases, they don't even test they just roll it out thus reason why everything goes berserk.

@partfinds i would actually say it could be about the investment. When things go to the crapper with sales - and your running listings (especially all listings) through PL campaign those loss in sales build to the algorithm and sales / items become stagnant. The fix is usually to end and start new campaign, this will generally raise impressions but can take time for sale to come back...like @zamo-zuan can tell you, when sales go down the slide, and your using PL's - there are 2 things you can do, raise election percentages to be closer to ebay's suggested rates, or you end and create new campaign with adjusting those rates. The campaign needs to "build momentum back up" - and even though it sounds silly, it's actually how I got my sales to start coming back after talked with @zamo-zuan some about it.

My impressions are higher than before when I was selling everyday items that were of high value (above $100). Now my sales tanked almost completely (only low value little items sold) and got retuns. I feel that they took my account out to do some work but it is lasting already a week. Today item that I paid for shows unpaid still. Yesterday I wasn’t able to complete draft as it was scrolling circle forever. Those are not the signs of ebay wanting more investment? There is a lot going on.
Oh and i did raise percentage and no sale still

Why would you trust eBay to mess with anything? eBay's poor track record speaks volumes regarding improvement in search, listing specifics, viewing and much more.
Just like the IRS with taxes ; I don't want eBay knowing nor messing with anything in my account.

I am unsure where you saw thatI stated I signed up for “ ebay messing me up”? Ebay doesn’t ask you when they decide that it is you- the scapegoat to test stuff for them nor they let you know about that. You just know that something is off .
