Submitted feedback is not showing as being complete on the item listings in my sales history.

In case this hasn’t been shared, and I apologize if it is an existing thread I cannot find, submitted feedback is not updating as being completed on the app.

I submitted feedback for many buyers over the past couple of days, but each listing still has the option to leave feedback. When I try again, though, I receive an error saying feedback has already been submitted. Also, it appears that the feedback is registering for the user under their profile; however it still shows under my count of items that still need feedback.

ebay for business on facebook today verified with me that a ticket is open on this problem. It has been open since April 6th!  So "they are working on it".  If you want your account added to the ticket you need to contact them saying that.

I've got the same issue. The feedback is recorded, the numbers go up, but it's not showing up in my summary page (where it's still asking me to leave feedback). But I see they're working on it. Thanks for bringing this up.

Like others I am having the same issue but for me it is more than just the app.  If I switch computers (I do regularly) it is not recording the feedback I have left on other PC's sometimes.

Take a look at item ALERT13667.

I was able to leave feedback for several purchases this morning although I had the same problem a few days back with an earlier purchase. The feedback for that one DID get posted anyway as I can see it on the sellers feedback page - but the Feedback left indicator in my own Purchase history is still not showing correctly. I don't think it ever will but at least the seller did actually get the feedback.
