Sub standard charges

My last two auctions on eBay I was charged a substandard fee. Upon looking up on my account I see that because people are not clicking on my auctions enough and some other reason I'm being charged a fairly high rate as being a substandard seller even though I have 100% feedback after a quarter century. Is anybody else experiencing this?

You are mistaken.

You are not being charged extra fees because "people are not clicking on my auctions enough".

If your seller rating is Below Standard, it is because you have exceeded the threshold for either (a) Case Closed Without Seller Resolution", or (b) seller-initiated cancellations.

You may also be charged extra fees if your account exceeds the seller metrics for "Item Not Received" disputes or "Not As Described" disputes.

Your seller hub will tell you exactly why you are being charged these fees.

Some fees were updated on/after Feb. 15th, 2023.  Postage prices also went up.

If you are being charged a 6% fee on top of your regular FVFs, then you either had too many INADs filed in the last year so you are in trouble with the Service Metrics.  Or you have too many defects on your Seller Dashboard and your Seller Status is below standard.

But there are no substandard fees for what you describe.
