Hello. I am not sure what is going on but wonder if someone had a similar issue. I had an item that got an offer to buy. I provided a counter offer and they did the one back. I accepted that offer. This is where the headaches begin. I don't see this as "Awaiting payment' in the Orders section. When I asked the buyer about what it looks like on his side, they don't have the ability to pay for it. So it is stuck. The item for some reason is still shown has active
anyone else have this issue before? Only thing I can think of now is to end the item and either figure out to create an invoice or end the item and have him start over.

Item will show until it's actually paid for.......... can't answer the buyer problem unless he's changed his mind......

It will remain showing as "active" until a payment is made.
If the buyer cannot pay, then yes you can end the listing, and relist at the agreed upon price.

It doesn't seem like it was doing that when I just accept a regular offer. Usually when I accept an offer and I don't have the "Require immediate payment' option (which probably should), it gets put into 'Awaiting payment'. Unless something changed in ebay recently
Thanks

Did you look under purchases? Sometimes it ends up there.

eBay did change that process so that accepting offers did not end a listing. Often happened where there was no payment made, and then the seller had to start all over again.
