Same problem here. I showed 2 orders ready to ship this morning but when I went to print labels only 1 would come up so I did the one, no problem. Went and checked my funds and it shows the 2nd item was paid for and I had received the funds. Logged out and back in then clicked on the order still saying I ready to ship. It did take me to the shipping screen this time where I could click purchase a label which I did and then an alert box popped up that I couldn't ship because had not received payment. Ebay automatically voided the label I was trying to print.
Checked payment again. It is still showing in my funds, logged out again and tried it...nothing. By then I had to go to work. Hopefully its fixed by the time I go home for lunch.
