Hi, I just bought a store subscription last week. I thought the online information regarding free listings was a little confusing, so I called eBay. The gentleman I spoke to assured me that with a basic store subscription I would get 1000 free listings/month, even though I’m not under managed payments. Now it looks like I only get 350. I haven’t been contacted about managed payments yet. I’ve tried to call eBay again, but those numbers are no longer in service. Does anyone know how to reach eBay, and do I just wait for them to contact me regarding managed payments?
thank you very much!

Look on your Seller Hub as I remember there was a link somewhere to express interest in signing up "opting in" for MP
Maybe they are not doing that anymore and just rolling it out in segments.

Most of the extra listings they are talking about can only be used in selected category's.
So depending on what you are selling you may or may not find them useful.
