Store subscriptions

Hi,

Can someone please tell me how to find out the date my store subscription starting?  Without calling ebay. I wrote it down somewhere, but can't find it. Going to downgrade my store. I think it started in Oct.

If you go into your store, it will say "manage your store" on the right hand side. Once you've clicked that, at the bottom on the left hand side you will see "manage subscriptions", when you select that it will show you when you opened your store.

Check on your account tab under subscriptions. It should tell you the renewal date there (if it's annual)

A ha, that's right. Thank you so much!! I was looking under the wrong date in my calender book too, thought I started my subscription in Oct but it was Jan. So I have a few months to make a decision on my downgrade.

All my store IDs but one are on a yearly subscription, but with the way things seem to be going here I'm seriously considering taking the $$ hit and changing them all to monthly as they come up for renewal.
