Does anyone know why I am being charged my Feb store subscription fee for Feb when the month just started?

Much like Rent, you pay for the month in advance.

Or in many cases my renters pay First, Last, Middle and a cleaning plus security deposit before they get the keys.  That's about 12K up front.  So in some respects selling on ebay is inexpensive.

Another comparison.  We pay in advance for insurance and if you're old enough for magazine subscriptions.
