Hey All,
I hope everyone is well!
Found a strange issue this morning. A customer asked if we had a particular ticket stub for an Ohio State Buckeyes game.
I searched our store trying to see if we had it. The results were strange, but I could not pinpoint what the problem was. So, I waited until I got in front of my desktop. And that is when I saw the problem.
The same search performed on desktop and mobile produces different results (within a store).
Test Case 1
Search store for "Ticket Stub"
Test Case 2
Search store for "Charlie Rich"
I contacted eBay for business on Facebook. They indicated that this is something that is only affecting Android users. We tested with my wife's iPhone X and it produces the same results as my Samsung Galaxy 10+.
Is anyone else able to test their store?

velvet@ebay I was told by eBay for business that this is a known issue. They were only aware of it being a problem on Android. But we identified the same problem on iOS.
We are trying to get repeat customers (as are others). If they are unable to search our stores on mobile, it will be difficult to do this.

Hi @hk-resale! It sounds like the mobile team is aware and working on it. In the meantime, if you select a sort option other than Best Match, then it should provide accurate results.

velvet@ebay The representative I talked to on Facebook indicated that they were only aware of the issue on Android.
Is there an open ticket for this issue? And does it reference that it's a problem on iOS as well.
Thank you for the information.

When I reached out to the mobile team they said they were working on it and they were aware that it's affecting both Android and iOS @hk-resale. 😊
